Last week, the company celebrated a significant expansion of its manufacturing operations in Clarksburg, Maryland.
Over the past year, TDSI also doubled its manufacturing floor footprint through a $4 million investment, expanding production capacity to support the company’s continued growth.
Today, TDSI employs approximately 675 people in Montgomery County, including roughly 250 manufacturing employees.
As demand for its technologies continues to grow, the company continues to expand and has added more than 225 positions locally over the past three years.

Following a binding arbitration hearing, National Philharmonic at Strathmore founder and former Music Director & Conductor Piotr Gajewski has been awarded $391,402 in damages for breach of contract, wrongful termination, and violation of Maryland Wage Payment and Collections Law, to be paid by the National Philharmonic.

After more than a decade of planning, growing, and distilling, DC residents Megan Draheim and David Harris will open Song Dog Farm Distillery on Sunday, October 12, in the heart of the Montgomery County Agricultural Reserve. Located on a 29-acre property at 18100 Bucklodge Road in Boyds, the farm distillery will feature on-site production of bourbon, rye, gin, vodka, liqueurs, and ready-to-pour cocktails.
