On Tuesday, Governor Wes Moore held the second bill signing ceremony of 2025, enacting several measures including the Expungement Reform Act, Second Look Act, and Protect Our Federal Workers Act. Unibal-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has defaulted on a roughly $235 million securitized loan tied to Westfield Wheaton– the largest mall in suburban Maryland and the fourth-largest in the Greater Washington area.
