Very light snow is possible in Damascus, a small part of Howard County, and much of Carroll County on Monday night into Tuesday morning.
The flip from rain to snow started earlier than initially anticipated, allowing for heavier bursts of snow to accumulate even though ground temps were well above freezing. The precipitation also cooled things faster/more than anticipated, bringing temps to around freezing (or below) for many in the area.

All of Montgomery County and some surrounding areas are now under a Flood Watch today (Sunday, December 10th) from 1pm through late tonight. Temperatures will dip, making it possible that the storm ends with snow Monday morning.
