Thursday morning, FOX 5 DC meteorologists Mike Thomas and Tucker Barnes have released their long-awaited 2025-2026 Winter Outlook, and the Washington region could be in for a true mix of winter weather, from a frigid December to a potentially snow-packed January.

Maryland’s six casinos generated approximately $162 million in gaming revenue in October 2025, a 1% increase compared to the same month last year, contributing $69.6 million to the state, including $50.1 million for the Education Trust Fund.
