Governor Wes Moore announced the launch of Maryland Benefits One Application, a new mobile-friendly tool that allows eligible residents to apply for multiple assistance programs—including Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, WIC, and energy aid—through a single, streamlined platform.
The Montgomery County Council unanimously passed Bill 13-25 today, aimed at curbing unlicensed commercial house parties by strengthening enforcement tools, increasing fines, and closing legal loopholes.
