Update: The adult male pedestrian has been pronounced dead. Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) officers responded Friday afternoon to a pedestrian collision in Germantown.
McMillan Pazdan Smith (MPS) is announcing its acquisition of Smolen Emr Ilkovitch Architects (SEI) of Rockville, Maryland.
