Announcement

Blackbird Health has expanded into Maryland with a new pediatric mental health clinic in Gaithersburg, bringing additional behavioral health resources to children, teens, young adults, and families throughout Montgomery County.

Located at 555 Quince Orchard Road, Suite 250, the clinic offers comprehensive pediatric mental health services, including ADHD and autism evaluations, neuropsychological testing, therapy, psychiatry, and medication management.

Montgomery Parks

Brookside Nature Center in Wheaton is adjusting its schedule this spring and summer as Montgomery Parks completes several major improvements to the facility. Brookside Nature Center is managed separately from Brookside Gardens.  Brookside Gardens’ hours are not affected by closings at the Nature Center.

Anthony G. Brown joined a coalition of 21 attorneys general in filing an amicus brief supporting a legal challenge to regulations issued during the Trump administration that expanded religious and moral exemptions to the contraceptive coverage requirement under the Affordable Care Act.
