Mandi Mediterranean Bar Grill Lounge is opening today at 4906 St. Elmo Ave. in Bethesda, according to a representative from the restaurant. It is located in the space that was the longtime home of Bangkok Garden, which closed in August 2021 after almost 40 years in business.
