Clarksburg

The horse has been reunited with its owners and is unharmed, per an update on various Lost Pets groups.

The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) 5th District officers responded to a collision involving a vehicle and a horse in the 25000 block of Burnt Hill Road in Clarksburg on Friday afternoon and report that the horse ran off and may be injured. We are currently working to confirm an address for the crash. (more…)


Baltimore

Maryland State Police arrested three men from Prince George’s and Charles counties and seized multiple firearms following a Maryland Car Rally Task Force investigation tied to an illegal car rally involving about 300 people in the Baltimore Metro Region on June 29, 2025. Search warrants executed on September 3 led to additional firearm seizures, and the suspects face various charges related to unlawful vehicle use, firearm possession, and ammunition violations.

Maryland

The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is reminding residents that, as of Tuesday, July 1, drivers are prohibited from making right turns at red traffic signals in designated downtown and town center areas across the county.
