After a four+ year battle with an aggressive form of Medulloblastoma, 10-year-old Kasey Zachmann of Chevy Chase passed away peacefully on August 16, 2025, according to the Lilabean Foundation. The community is now raising funds through a SpotFund fundraiser for her funeral and burial.
