Classic Bakery will be opening a new location at 18195 Village Center Dr. in Olney- the bakery’s third overall, adding to Gaithersburg and Tyson’s Corner. It will be taking over the space that’s currently home to Cold Stone until June 1st (the ice cream shop will move to a new location within the Olney Village Center). Classic Bakery hopes to open in the fall of 2024.
Lisa Loeb was born in Bethesda and lived here for a couple years before moving to Dallas, TX where she was raised. 30 years ago, her career began with her number one single “Stay (I Missed You)” from the film Reality Bites.
