Per MCDOT: “On Tuesday, Dec. 5 starting at 7 p.m., the Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will hold an in-person public meeting to present the plans for the Carroll Avenue Separated Bike Lanes project, which are currently at 35% design. The proposed design will provide one-way separated bike lanes on each side of Carroll Avenue from Merrimac Drive to University Boulevard and a two-way cycletrack on the east side of the street from University Boulevard to Piney Branch Road (MD 320) in the Takoma/Langley Crossroads area in Silver Spring. Baby Bar to Close in Kentlands
