The Washington Commanders have hired former Bills’ secondary coach Jim Salgado to help out their defensive staff in the week following the firing of defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio and defensive backs coach Brent Vieselmeyer, according to a report by ESPN’s NFL insider Adam Schefter.
Per MCDOT: “On Tuesday, Dec. 5 starting at 7 p.m., the Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will hold an in-person public meeting to present the plans for the Carroll Avenue Separated Bike Lanes project, which are currently at 35% design. The proposed design will provide one-way separated bike lanes on each side of Carroll Avenue from Merrimac Drive to University Boulevard and a two-way cycletrack on the east side of the street from University Boulevard to Piney Branch Road (MD 320) in the Takoma/Langley Crossroads area in Silver Spring. Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) have responded to several collisions on University Blvd E in the area of E. Indian Spring Dr. due to icy road conditions,m around 8pm on Tuesday night, according to MCFRS PIO Pete Piringer.
