Per MCPD: “Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Patrol Investigations Unit are investigating a theft that occurred on Thursday, October 30, 2023, at the Kohl’s store in the 3900 block of Aspen Hill Road in Silver Spring.
